Extremely helpful & that's even BEFORE my wife & I set foot in this nursery yet!! He is so helpful already, sending us pictures of what he has, to save us time.
Prices are rather reasonable & on items he does not have, he refers us other locations. Very helpful & one I like to give my business to. Keep up the good work.

I love this place! My husband and I bought a new house plant today and John helped us out immensely! Not only did he educate us on what would work in our space and what wouldn't but he also simply said he would not sell us a plant he knew would die in the space we had. He appreciates the longevity of the plants that he sells and that is not only admirable but how a nursery owner should conduct business.
Once we found the perfect plant John helped us pick out the right pot, planted it, delivered it, and positioned it in the most aesthetic position in our home.
Long story short, if you want a personal experience in picking out your plants, go to The Dream Garden.

Came here in search of succulents, soil, and a little gardening education. John (I believe that was his name) was a huge help! We walked away feeling a lot more educated and already wanting to come back for more. Lots of exotic succulents that I've never seen. Would I recommend? Yes! Will I return? Yes, for sure!

tDream Garden is a dream garden. They have eveything under the sun, including a fantastic selection of planters to put them in. Gill, who plannted and delivered my trees did an awesome job. They are really knowledgeable and taught me a lot. A really fun place to do business.

My wife and I bought our first house and needed a lot of help with landscaping. We visited a lot of nurseries in Los Angeles and Dream Garden is our favorite. They have a fantastic selection, well educated and friendly staff and some of the best quality plants. Will definitely be coming back.

I highly recommend this nursery! I bought a beautiful tree from John, which he offered to deliver and pot. After lugging the tree all the way down my stairs, he realized that my covered patio would not give the tree enough light. John refused to leave the tree with me, saying that it would die within 3 months. Instead, he searched for a replacement tree and gave me a full refund, including the delivery charge. During our entire interaction, he was kind, reliable and honest. I truly appreciated his service and will continue to purchase from this business.

It's like having your own personal gardner. John has been very accommodating with arranging 3 amazing planters for me along with delivery and care and after several months when one of the plants died, he arranged to have another one delivered and planted in it's place,
The variety is great and my terrace looks amazing, I strongly recommend! -

We love DREAM GARDEN! :) Gil, who works with the owner, is excellent. He's extremely knowledgeable about all of his plants and super friendly. We love all of the succulents they carry - they have a HUGE selection and so many unique ones too. The prices are all very good. Not that these are all inexpensive but the prices were fair. Hence our buying a huge planter and some pretty nice BIG cacti. Their plants are all super healthy. So if you want a place with super cool and unique succulents that are healthy and a fair price look no further.
Also I have been to about 10 different places - this place that's supposed to be super big and cool out in Reseda - and a place even out in Palm Springs. But I saw some of the coolest ones here.
I am so glad we stumbled upon it and highly recommend it. -

Can't believe I never checked out this place before as I live in Hollywood and drive past it often. Thanks, fellow Yelp reviewers, for helping me to find succulent heaven. I've been in the search for new and unique succulents for my patio container garden. This is definitely the place! Nice owners, an incredible array of succulents, cacti, and other plants in all sizes. Prices are a little hard to discern as they aren't always clearly posted but just ask. Added bonus: If you are a fancy pigeon fancier, check out their gorgeous pigeons next to the pots.

The owner REALLY has great taste and he is very knowledgeable. He carries a wonderful curated selection of healthy plants. There is always some gorgeous unique surprise every time I go.
Also, the prices are very fair. I've seen lesser plants priced much higher at other nurseries.
I've been a repeat customer for a year (almost from when they opened). I've been very satisfied with all of my purchases. Plus the owner and staff always remember me when I come in, which is always nice.
I HIGHLY recommend Dream Garden! -

Ok. This is, by far, the best selection of succulents in LA. Amazing. Super friendly, super helpful. They have small, medium and large and know how long till each plant matures. You won't find a better local nursery than this!

I have never written a review on Yelp before because I never really felt compelled to until I went to Dream Garden. I found Dream Garden on Yelp and read the other reviews, which made we want to check it out. I told my boyfriend about it and he surprised me on Valentine's Day with two beautiful succulent plants that were unlike any I had ever seen before! He told me that he had bought them at Dream Garden and that the owner was incredibly nice and super knowledgeable. So, a few weeks later, I went in with my boyfriend and we ended up finding three trees, two plants and numerous succulents that were all so unique and beautiful!! Plus, he took into account where we would be planting them, how much sun exposure would be in that area and also, how much care we could realistically give the plants that we purchased so that we wouldn't buy anything that we couldn't take care of due our crazy work schedules.
All of that said, if you are looking for a nursery that offers incredible and unique plants, great customer service with a knowledgeable owner who remembers you when you come in, then this is the nursery that you should visit. I highly recommend it!!! -

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Better selection than California Cactus Center or any other go to cactus and succulents nursery. Very healthy handpicked selection of plants in incredible variety. I found two very lovely snake plants in the size and condition that I couldn't find anywhere else for a very reasonable $39 each. They graciously pulled a large medusa succulent from a group planting and sold it to me for the same $24 that they were asking for a much smaller specimen. When I am ready to landscape my home, this is definitely where I will go for all drought tolerant plants I may need.

Dream Garden has the best variety of succulents in Los Angeles. The owner and staff are knowledgable, friendly, and eager to assist you in selecting the right plant for the right space. But wait, it gets better, even though most of their succulents are extremely rare and exceptionally healthy, the plants are very affordable. The nursery is as rare and exotic as the plants it sells. I LOVE it.

As an avid gardener who visits many (if not all) the local nurseries and garden supply stores, I must say that Dream Garden is a standout and certainly one of the very best I have been to. Whereas many of the nurseries all carry the same stock, Dream Garden caters to the more discerning gardener. It always has a bountiful stock of rare and unusual plants, most of which I have never seen elsewhere. The staff are not only very helpful and courteous, but are also very knowledgeable and well versed in all the plants they stock. When it comes to cacti and succulents, you can do no better! My advice, FORGET THE REST, GO TO DREAM GARDEN!

I go to this nursery every time I am in the neighborhood. Probably my favorite place for succulents. Very good selection, fair prices, some more unusual plants that are rarely found elsewhere. I know they have other plants, but the succulents are the ones I buy. Also a large selection of pots. John and Gil are very nice people! You owe yourself a visit here.
